Toyota Repair: wheel bearing, rear wheel bearings, tapered roller bearings

Question
can you tell me how to change the rear wheel bearings on a 95 toyota paseo, mainly do they need to be pressed in like the front

Answer
The wheel bearings on the rear are conventional tapered roller bearings that have been around for many years, there is an inner and an outer bearing per side, the bearing races in the drum can be easily punched out with a drift pin and a hammer, remove the rear brake drum and then the inner seal and the bearing will come out.
