Toyota Repair: Alternator Issues!, toyota corrolla, electrical trouble

Hi Ted,
I asked you recently about the electrical trouble I am having with my 87 Toyota Corrolla.
About how the first new alternator went out and I got a replacement.And the charge light is still on and the battery runs down quickly.
You suggested I check the fuses at the box near the battery .I did that but they are all ok.
The belt is tight but a little worn.
One more question.
What do I check for now?This new replacement alternator is just not working.Obviously it is electrical.

If the charge light is still on and the battery dies, the alternator is not charging the battery, my recommendation is to have the charging system tested at a repair shop that knows how to do this or the toyota dealer, the replacement alternator may be faulty.
