Toyota Repair: where is the thermostat?, radiator hose, thermostat

I want to check and if possible replace the thermostat of my 1992, 4-runner V6 4WD.  Do you know where the thermostat is located? Thank you.

The thermostat is located in the thermostat housing, follow the lower radiator hose to where it connects to the water pump, there are three 12 mm nuts, remove them and remove the housing the thermostat is in there, don't forget to drain the coolant from the radiator first.
