Toyota Repair: 1994 Camry sunroof, toyota camry, light assembly

Question
My son drives a 1994 Toyota Camry which I was formerly the main driver.  The motorized sunroof has began opening on it's own.  He will be driving it and it will just open.  After it opens, it is very difficult to shut.  It will not shut by way of the button without pushing it many, many times.  Often times, even with this, it still won't shut.  Lousy for a rainy day.  It also will occasionally vent itself and will not go back down.  He just has to wait for it to close.  Rarely, it will close by way of the button.  Is there a fuse that can be removed and the sunroof be permanently sealed shut?  I know that it is fairly costly to repair and he said that he would mind if it was shut and sealed.  Thanks.

Answer
The best way to do this is not to remove a fuse because fuses supply power to more than on circuit so by pulling out on of the fuses it may disable another circuit and render another system inoperative, so here is what I recommend.
When the sunrroof is fully closed remove the ignition key, remove the map light assembly, remove the lens cover there may be a screw under it, underneath is the sunroof control computer, disconnect it's electrical connector or disconnect the connector from the sunroof motor. If he is not sure how to proceed with this have a repair shop do this, just tell them you want the sunroof ecu disconnected.
