Toyota Repair: 1992 camry start problem, trouble code, board computer

When I tried to start my car the engine wouldn't turn and the check engine light came on.
After four tries it finally started. i was wondering if a low battery would cause the check engine light to come on, and prevent my car from starting. I appreciate your reply.

A low battery does not cause a check engine light to come on.
You need to find out what the starting problem is and then find out why the check engine light is on by having a repair facility retreive the diagnostic trouble code stored in the on board computer.
