Toyota Repair: 99 sienna instrument light, phillips screws, day a light

Question
I have a 99 sienna LE that I bought a few months ago used.
When I got it, one of the instrument lights (one on the left helps
illuminate the temp. gauge and the tachometer) was out/not
working...that left side is now partially illuminated (I assume
from other lights in that area) and I was accepting it for now but
just the other day a light on the left
of the speedometer (so more of the middle of the instrument
cluster) is not
working...again, things are still illuminated, but not as well.  So,
I wanted to know if this is an easy fix for a do-it-yourselfer or
something I need to take to a shop or the dealer (if it is not too
expensive - I am assuming it would all be labor charge).  Is there
some access from under the dash or do you have to remove the
whole dash?
Thanks.

Answer
You only need to remove the instrument cluster, remove the surrounding plastic piece look closely for some phillips screws and remove them, the panel surrounding the speedo cluster can be pulled off then remove the four 10mm bolts that hold the speedo on, remove the electrical connectors and remove the cluster, the bulbs can be removed at the back.
