Toyota Repair: Toyota Corolla A/C, toyota corolla, toyota dealer

Question
My A/C stopped workiing suddenly 2 days ago.  I changed around the relays and it started again while the car is idling.  As soon as I press the accelerator the A/C stops again.  I purchased a new Relay, but it does the same thing.

The Corolla model I have is the international model with the circular headlights.  It was purchased in 1998.

Never had a problem before.  Just regular service.

The first step in diagnosing A/C problems is to check the line pressures of the system and to see how much freon is in the system, normally the compressor will stop when the freon level is low, there may be a leak in the system.
I recommend that you have a Toyota dealer check for this possibility.
