Question
working on 1990 v-6 toyota 4runner need to take crank out and it has tork head bolts in main and rod bolts do u know what size tork sockets is needed to fit these bolt heads thanks

Answer
It should be a 10mm 12 point, seting that puppy up will be a job,on the oilpan side you will see numbers, you have rod numbers and main numbers, look at the rod caps and the main caps, even if you are replacing rods and piston. say you turn the crank under 25mm rods and main, after market rod bearings will be ok as long as you have them resized, but the mains you will need to get the correct bearing 25mm under from Toyota as aftermarket looks at it this way, you are going to aline bore the block if you are then the numbers are of no meaning to you, good luck and always plastic gauge.  Toyota brake cleaner is the best to remove the wax I use green mostly, your finger nail can scratch the crank or the oil in your hands(acid alkaline) can remove the coating on the bearings, they only touch on startup or high rpm anyway we all know the oil is really the bearing.
