my power windows on my 1990 toyota camry do not work. the control panel, (on drivers side door) has been tested and found to be working. the reset switch has been tried, and all fuses have been checked. please offer some guidance on what to do?

Locate the Power CB(power circuit breaker) it should be located under the left kick panel, reset it by pushing a small non metaqllic object into the opening, was this done already? If so, there is a wiring problem between the switch and the junction block on the left side, there may be a break in the wiring harness near the door where the harness passes through into the inside.
