Toyota Repair: Bleeding Toyota brakes, brake caliper, bleeder valve

Question
I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma 2-wheel drive 4-cylinder truck.  I replaced the front brake pads today and I think there is air in the system.  The brake pedal goes all the way down to the floor.  I had to remove the fluid hose from the caliper in order to remove the caliper and I am guessing air got into the system.  With my older Toyotas I never had to remove the line first.  Do you think air is the problem and if so how do I bleed the front brakes?  Do I need to buy a bleeder valve?

Answer
Have someone sit inside and pump the brake pedal until there is some pressure, when the pedal is held down open the bleeder valve on either the left or right brake caliper and the fluid with the air will be expelled from the lines, close the valve and repeat the process until no more air comes out, do the same on the other side, remember to close the valve after the pedal is pressed and held down so no air can get back in, it's important not to let up on the brake pedal until the valve closed.
