Toyota Repair: Power window motor, electrical connector, window glass

Question
Whats the best way to replace a power window motor on a 98 Sienna. I already have the door panels removed.

Answer
Disconnect the window glass from the regulator, remove the two 10mm bolts and pull the glass out through the top.
disconnect the electrical connector from the motor, remove all 10mm bolts that hold the motor and regulator on to the door panel and pull it out through the opening, remove the motor from the regulator and install the new motor.
