Toyota Repair: noise from the timing belt area, strange noise, weel

DEAR ,SIR
 2 WEEKS AGO I GOT NOISE FROM THE ENGINE AND I WENT TO THE DEALER.THEY FOUND DAMAGED DAMPER,POWER SRREING PUMP AND THEY REPLACED THEM.THE WATWR PUMP WAS REPLACED AS WEEL BY MY REQUEST.WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK THERE WAS STRANGE NOISE FROM THE BELTS AREA.I WENT BACK AND I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE TO REPLACE THE  TENSIONER AND THE IDLE PULLEY AND THIS WAS DONE.
   NOW I FOUD THE REVOLUTION ON IDLE VERY LOW-ABOUT 500 rpm and i still have little noise on the same area.the timing belt was replaced few months ago.

Take it back to the dealer again and tell them to make it right, there is something they are either missing or they screwed something up,you paid money to have the repair done but you still have a problem so go back there and tell them to fix it right this time.
