Toyota Repair: Camry Accessory Belts, gates belts, inner fender

Question
I was told the noise coming from by 99 V6 Camry was the accessory belts.

I picked up some Gates belts at NAPA thinking it would be an easy job, hoping to find a tensioner like on my big Ford.

First surprise, there are two belts.  Next, looking inside, no obvious tensioners and a few enginer covers.  Can you outline the steps to replace the accessory belts?  I tried a Chilton's but the steps are too general, no good pictures.  I can do it but I only want to remove what's necessary.

Thanks so much.

Answer
The belta are for the altenator/air conditioner and power steering, loosen the set bolt on the alternator adjusting bracket and turn the adjuster bolt until the alternator can be moved so you can get the belt off, you may have to loosen the 14mm alternator bolt so it will move, there is no tensioner.
The power steering belt can be removed by taking off the inner fender splash shield and then loosening the bolt on the adjusting bracket, pry on the pump to move it to get the belt off.
