Toyota Repair: PCV Valve, spark plug wires, 1994 toyota tercel

Hi I have a 1994 Toyota Tercel.  I don't know hardly anything about cars but I am told that the PCV valve is easy to change.  The problem is I can't seem to find it!  If you know where it is, please let me know ASAP..thanks!

Whith the hood up looking at the valve cover where your spark plug wires are, on the back side close to the middle you should see a 3/8 rubber hose going to the air intake chamber, on the valve cover side end of the hose is your valve.  Why do you need to change this may I ask.
