Toyota Repair: A/C battery?, model toyota, fe engine

Question
I am sorry. Just after submitting the question, I realized that I have not included the car details, but there was nothing I could do except to wait for your reply and ask a follow up question.

Its a 92 Corolla Sedan, 4A-FE engine, 3-Spd Auto, 190K miles, Canadian manufactured.
Also, what do you recommend for the timing belt/water pump on these cars? I just bought this car and don't want to spend a lot of money right now!

thanks

Thanks for the help on my previous question. I do have 2 more questions:

1) The A/C system works fine when the car is moving; it will also work fine if I press the gas while in Park, but will not work (blow warm or uncold air) while idling. Stopping after  10-15 minutes drive, it will work fine but then it will start blowing warm or normal temperature air. I am thinking of a bad battery?

2) The check engine light and oil pressure light do not come on when I turn the ignition without starting. After starting and going for some miles, the oil pressure light comes on and stays on. The check engine light never comes on. I have recently changed the oil and its full. How can I check what is wrong?

Regards,

I don't recall your previous question, what year/model toyota is it and how many miles on the odometer.

Answer
The a/c system may be low on freon or there may be a leak in the system, you need to have an a/c repair shop diagnose why this is happening and possibly fin the leak.
Not sure what is going on with the warning lights, could be an electrical wiring problem, I suggest that you have a toyota dealer check the problem and recommend a repair procedure.
