Toyota Repair: Sienna Power Window Failure, electrical connector, window regulator

Question
Ted: The driver's side power window on my 1999 Sienna van goes down but won't come up all at once.  It comes up 3 inches and stops.  After a wait, it comes up another inch and stops.  It takes 30 minutes to get the window up.  I just took off the door panel and access to the motor looks tricky.  How do I get to the motor, remove it, and put on a new part?  Does it sound like a bad motor to you?  Thanks in advance.

Answer
Yes it is the motor, very comon, you need to get the window in the position so that you can remove the two 10mm bolts that hold the glass to the window regulator, then pull the glass out through the top of the door, remove the four bolts for the motor and the rest of the 10mm bolts that hold the regulator on, disconnect the electrical connector, the motor and regulator come out through the openening in the door.
Seperate the motor form the regulator and install the new one.
