Toyota Repair: window motor, 12 volts, passenger side window

Question
I've tried to figure out how to take the front passenger side window motor off but couldn't get it off. The window rolls down but not up. Is it the motor that's burned?

You can check the motor by disconnecting the elctrical connector and applying 12 volts to either terminal and the other to ground, the motor should turn in one direction then reverse the connections and the motor should turn in the other direction if not it needs to be replaced, if it does the problem could be with the switch.
