Toyota Repair: Corolla Starters, toyota starters, selenoid

Question
I have had problems with my 92 Corolla starting.  Sometimes you just turn the key and it clicks. It doesn't happen very often but it is a real pain. I have had the starter replaced about 10 times in the past year and a half including using Toyota starters.  I have also had a second grounding wire run off the starter to see if that helps.  Nothing has worked.  It seems the starter is good, it just isn't getting power.  Now someone has told me that what I need to do is run a second selenoid to the starter and that should fix the problem.  I called my local Toyota dealership and they said they had never heard of that and didnt seem interested in me telling them what to do.  Does this second selenoid thing seem reasonable given everything thing else I have gone through?

Answer
You can add another relay to the starter and it will solve the problem but the reality is that there is a voltage drop somwhere between the battery and the starter, a technician that knows what he's doing should be able to find what is causing this drop, there is high resistance somewhere.
If it's an automatic transmission there could be a problem with the neutral start switch.
