Toyota Repair: 1980 4x4 wont start, crankshaft pulley, pulley bolt

Question
I have a 1980 toyota 4x4 that won't turn over. My battery is fully charged, I have changed the starter with attached solenoid, battery leads, fusible links from the battery, ignition switch and a body to block ground which was burned. there is juice getting to the starter but I don't know how much. No matter what I do when I turn the key it just goes click once. Do you have any ideas since this truck has not run since December.

Answer
The problem may be with the engine, try to turn the engine over manually with a wrench on the crankshaft pulley bolt, if you are able to turn the engine by hand let me know, if you can't turn it by hand the engine may be seized up, let me know which is the case.
