Toyota Repair: Front end, braking brakes, model toyota

Question
2 questions. #1 I have a belt that is making a "pinging" sound.  Once the car gets warm the sound disappears.  If I get the belts wet it also disappears.  The belts have been recently replaced.  Could I have a bad belt?
#2 I have a small shake and shimmy in the front end.  Seem to occur at slow speed and during braking.  Brakes are all new.  I recently heard a grinding noise around the front right wheel when I stop, roll and pump the brakes.  This car also pulls to the left some when driving.  Thanks

Answer
Please let me know what year and model toyota it is and any other pertinent information  such as, transmission type, engine and if it has antilock brakes and any other information that may be useful to me in order to answer your question.
You said the brakes were all new, can you tell me what was done as far as the brake work is concerned, please be specific, I need to now what parts were replaced, were the rotors replaced or resurfaced?
