Toyota Repair: Fuel Filter, toyota celica, toyota dealer

My fuel filter on my 92 Toyota Celica needs to be replaced, but the bolt in the bottom won't come out.  I have had a couple guy friends of myne working on it and can't get it to loosen at all. They tried turning it counter-clockwise and they tried penetrating liquid and it still won't come out.  Any suggestions would be great.  Thanks.

I assume that you are talking about the fuel line fitting on the bottom of the fuel filter, for some reason some of these come out very hard and will require special wrenches to grab the line fitting to make it come loose(a 19mm wrench and a 14mm line wrench) I recommend you have a toyota dealer change the filter.
