Toyota Repair: Starting Problem, combustion chamber, service bulletins

Question
I have a 99 Tacoma TRD SR5 ext.cab 3.4 v6 5 spd
with 76,000 miles. Well maintained. Around 50,000 miles it started to happen. When cranking engine in the morning it turned over and sounded like it had no compression,I tried again and pumped the gas pedal, this seemed to help and it started slowly and rough then was fine.I went to dealer had new plugs and injectors cleaned. This seemed to do the trick.A few months later it happened again. At 60,000 replaced timming belt and water pump. Just yesterday 7/13/04 It turned like no compression, when it finally started it ran bad and made noise like it had no oil in it.I shut it off and restarted it ok with a big puff of blue smoke out the tail pipe. The dealer says they dont know what is wrong and cant duplicate the problem.
Please help me figure this out, I am ready to trade it in. Thank you,

Answer
You said it sounded like there was no oil in it, did you check the oil and was there any in it?
I'm not sure what is goin on here either, the problem doesn't sound familiar, is there a check engine light on?
There are no instances from my experience with this engine that would duplicate this condition, the blue smoke is caused by oil in the combustion chamber but that's about all the input I have at this time.
I can check the database for any service bulletins that may apply, if I find anything I'll get back to you.
