Toyota Repair: Toyota Corolla exterior door handle replacement, 10mm socket, toyota corolla

Question
The front exterior door handle, passenger side, of my 1992 Toyota Corolla broke off when opening lifting the handle.  It left a small nub on the left side, which I could nudge up to open the door (just enough to hold between your fingers).

Can you tell me how to replace the handle?
And, can you suggest how to get a replacement handle?

Thanks in advance.  Jeff

Answer
You have to get the handle from a toyota dealer, if you want to install it yourself, remove the door panel and roll the window all the way up to gain access to the control rods on the handle and disconnect them, it is held on with two 10mm bolts, you will need a 10mm socket, an extension long enough to reach the bolts and a ratchet, once the control rods are off and the bolts removed the handle can be pulled off, then you have to transfer the lock from the old handle to the new one and reassemble everything.
