I have a 1989 Toyota Celica GT 2.0L EFI 3SFI. I took my car for A/C check up and they told me that it has an electric problem.How can I test the A/C electrical system of my car?  What components should I look for first and thereafter?

I need to know what exactly they told you the electrical problem was, that statement is too vague for me to help at this time, I need more information, there are way too many possibilities for me to even try to guess what area of the system needs to be checked.
