Toyota Repair: SLUUUUGISH TOY, throttle position sensor, vacuum leaks

SORRY I DIDN'T INCLUDE NEEDED INFORMATION. THE TRUCK HAS A 22RE 4CYL. AND IS A FWD WITH A 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION AND EXTENDED CAB. HOWEVER, AFTER I E-MAILED YOU RECENTLY I REPLACED THERMO SENSOR, MAY HAD MADE SOME DIFFERENCE!! DUE TO THE OLD TOYOTA HEAD GASKET LEAKING SYNDROME, I PREVIOUSLY HAD SOME MACHINE WORK DONE THE HEAD- .0007" RESURFACE, GROUND EXH. VALVE SEATS' ALL NEW VALVES AND VALVE STEM SEALS, NEW HEAD GASKET SET, NEW TIMING CHAIN- GEARS AND DAMPERS, AFTER A FEW HUNDRED MILES LATER I READJUSTED THE VALVES. ALSO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR AND PICK UP COIL. REPLACED COIL AND IGNITOR, PLUGS, WIRES, DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND BUTTON. AFTER REPLACING ALL OF THE IGNITION PARTS, THE SPARK PLUGS ARE ARE FIRING A KIND OF A YELLWISH SPARK RATHER THAN A BLUE SPARK. ALSO REPLACED FLOW METER AND CHECKED THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR. CHECKED CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REPLACED O2 SENSOR, CHECKED ALL EMMISION COMPONENTS. CHECKED FUEL INJECTORS, OHM READINGS WITHIN RANGE, HOWEVER A COUPLE CHECK TO GROUND AT A LOW RESISTANCE LEVEL. I ALSO REPLACED THE FLOW METER AND CHECKED THOROUGHLY FOR VACUUM LEAKS. I ALSO JUST REPLACED THE AIR FILTER, OIL AND OIL FILTER. I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK NEW AND MAINTAINED IT WELL. ALTHOUGH IT HAS 19,000MILES ON IT NOW IT SEEMS TO IDLE FAILY SMOOTH BUT SEEMS TO STUGGLE DOING SO. THE TACHOMETER PERIODICALLY WOULD WORK THEN HERE RECENTLY JUST QUIT. THE HOTTER THE WEATHER IS THE MORE SLUGGISH IT BECOMES. ALSO HERE RECENTLY THE OIL PRESSURE HAS DROPPED. THE MOTOR USES NO OIL AT ALL AND HAS GOOD COMPRESSION. THE EXHAUST PIPE IS BLACK AND SOOTY AS WELL AS THE SPARK PLUGS.
WELL, I GUESS THIS JUST ABOUT COVERS ALL THE REPAIRS I HAVE MADE TO IT. I'VE DONE A LOT ENGINE REPAIR IN MY 56 YEARS OF LIFE BUT THIS ONE HAS GOT THE BEST OF ME- HEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!

I HAVE A '93 TOYOTA 4WD P/U TRUCK.
COULD A THERMO SENSOR CAUSE AN ENGINE TO RUN VERY SLUGGISH? i'VE REPLACED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING BUT THE THERMO SENSOR. I TOOK IT OUT AND PERFORMED THE RANGE OHM TEST. AT APPROX. 70 DEG. INSTEAD OF A READING OF 2K OHM I WAS READING .2000K OHMS.
ALSO I CHECKED EACH TERMINAL TO GROUND WITH SENSOR HEATED TO APPROX. 210 DEG., I HAD GOTTEN A HIGH OHM READING FROM EACH SENSOR TERMINAL CONNECTION TO GROUND. ALSO COULD THIS HAVE A DIRECT RELATION TO THE TACHOMETER NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN, THIS LITTLE TRUCK HAS THE MPG THAT OF A KENWORTH.
         
Answer -
The ECU temp sensor could cause a driveability problem, I do have a feeling that there may be something else wrong, can you tell me what the previous repairs were and what parts have already been replaced it would save me a lot of guessing as to what the problem may be, also let me know if it is a 4 or 6 cylinder and auto or manual trans.
By the way, a ecu temp sensor malfunction will turn the check engine light on, is this the case?

You mentioned that you checked the catalityc converter, how did you do this to eliminate it from being the problem?
Converters can come apart inside and look ok but can be clogged up with the disintegrated material, this will also clog up the muffler and cause so much back pressure that it will not let the exhaust exit fast enough and cause a severe loss of power.
