Toyota Repair: Toyota Sienna Door Panel, toyota sienna, door handle

Question
My 1999 Toyota Sienna driver side window would go down but now it won't come back up--stuck down.  I suspect the motor in the door is bad, but cannot figure out how the door panel comes off.  How do I remove the door panel?  The passenger side window operates normally and I have already checked the only fuse to the power windows--good.

It is basically held on with clips to the door frame and a few screws, remove the armrest, pry it off with a screwdriver, there are screws underneath, remove them, remove the inner door handle, look for any other screws, there may be two covers toward the front with screws under them, after all the screws are out the panel can be pried off.
