Toyota Repair: toyota tercel, side kick panel, toyota tercel

I have a 1992(?) Toyota Tercel. I went looking for the fuse that runs the a/c unit. I pulled open the fuse panel located under and to the left of the steering wheel. That door panel has printed on it: The fuses for the heating and a/c are located behind the "assist kick panel". Any idea where the "assist kick panel" is located? Or what it looks like?

Sometimes those japanese translations can drive you nuts, in this case the "assist kick panel" refers to the passenger side kick panel on the right side below the glove box.
Remove the right side door scuff plate, it just pops off, then remove the plastic nut on the kick panel and pop it off also, underneath you will see the heater relay, the a/c fuse is right next to it.
