Toyota Repair: My temp gauge dont show any..., toyota celica, temp gauge

My temp gauge don't show any reading, I wants to try grounding the lead wire going to the sensor but it have two wires and my book shows only one, can you tell me what to do orcan you email me a wiring diagram for that circut or send me to a site that can.

Answer
The sensor with the two wires is for the ECU it has nothing to do with the temp gauge. Look for a smaller sensor on the thermostat housing with one wire on it, it may be mounted on the underside of the housing, this is the one you need to ground to check the gauge, do this only long enough to verify if the gauge is moving all the way up, as soon as it does remove the ground or you can burn the gauge out, if you still can't find it let me know and I can send you an illustration, I will need an email address.
