MY 1999 CAMRY STALLS WHEN STARTING. I WAS TOLD I NEED TO CLEAN THE IDLE VALVE. COULD YOU SEND ME INSTRUCTIONS AND A PICTURE I CAN USE TO DO THE JOB MYSELF? THANKS, ED

Answer
Remove the air intake hose from the throttle body, remove the four 12mm nuts and bolts that hold the t/b on, remove the two coolant hoses and a vacuum hose from the throttle body, with the t/b on the bench remove the four phillips scews and take the isc valve off, clean the inside with throttle body cleaner and reassemble everything.
