where is the starter and how do you repace it

It's located under the intake manifold, remove the air filter with the intake hose completely, remove the charcoal canister if it's in the way, you may have to remove a bracket that holds the large wire harness and move it so you can then access the 14mm top bolt of the starter, the other bolt is underneath on the engine side of the bellhousing, this can't be done with wrenches, you will need some sockets and extensions to get to the bolts, and remember before doing anything disconnect the battery.
