Toyota Repair: 96 toyota camry auto. trans., seal leaks, emery cloth

I have a right side drive axle transmission seal leak. The seal leaks around the OD dimention where the seal mates with the transmission case. The seal only leakes when the car is in motion.I believe the seal leaks due to seal bore damage from a previous seal replacement. I attempted a repair using RTV in the damaged area of the seal bore and I am asking if a product/procedure is available such as epoxy or some other chemical that will make good repair. If not, are ID repair sleeves available to repair the seal bore such as the OD types available to repair seal grouves on crankshafts.

what i would do is remove the old seal and take some emery cloth and clean the hell out of it  then clean it with brake clean. next get some f.i.p.g. sealant from a toyota dealer. when you go to put the new seal in use the sealant and apply it to the outside of the seal when u put it in and let sit for 20 minutes that should do the trick.
