Toyota Repair: TOYOTA PASEO 1992, toyota paseo, loud noise

I HAD A CLUTCH PUT IN MY CAR THEN TWO WEEKS LATER HAD A REBULIT MANUAL TRANSMISSION PUT IN THEN TWO AND A HALF DAYS LATER IT STARTED MAKING A LOUD NOISE WHEN I LET OFF THE CLUTCH SO I JUST QUIT DRIVING IT .. A FRIEND TOLD ME ITS THE THROW BEARING SO HES REPLACING IT.  DO I HAVE TO REPLACE THE CLUTCH AGAIN?  IT WAS JUST DONE ABOUT A MONTH AGO..

No, the clutch should be re-usable, let me know if you need any more help after the bearing is replaced.
The part I don't understand is that normally when a clutch is replaced the throw out bearing is also replaced and why didn't you take it back to repair shop it seems they missed something or put something together wrong, it just doesn't make sense that you should have to have someone else replace this bearing, something not right here, let me know what happens.
