Car Alarms: LD168 - 6C- B option group alarm, cutlass 442, olds cutlass

I purchased this alarm (LD168 - 6C- B option group alarm) for my 97 GMC truck (was supposed to be able to use in it.)and decided not to use it because of the original factory system and re wiring the whole set up. Can it be installed in a 86 olds Cutlass 442 or a 94 Ford mustang and work properly?
