I own a 1982 toyota cressida sedan. The blower (heater and defrost) is not working. I cant seem to find a fuse or link to check, before I dig deeper. Am I missing something? I just need a place to start tracking the problem.

does the blower work at all? at any speed or setting?
No, the blower does nothing. I have tried defrost, heat, and a.c. It just seems that no juice is getting to the motor.

UNDER THE DASHBOARD (PASSENGER SIDE) IS THE BLOWN MOTOR. REMOVE IT FROM THE CAR AND TEST IT WITH A BATTERY FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. IF THE MOTOR WORKS THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE CAR. IT THE MOTOR DOES NOT WORK IT THE MOTOR. NICE AND EASY DIAG. THE BLOWER MOTOR ONLY HAS 3 OR 4 SCRES/NUTS HOLDING IT IN.. IT'S NOT HARD AT ALL TO REMOVE.. LET ME KNOW HOW U MAKE OUT. PAUL P.
