Toyota Repair: Prius spark plug replacement, iridium plugs, voltage connectors

Question
It's time to replace the spark plugs on my '01 Prius.  I bought the iridium plugs that are specified in the owner's manual, but I'm not even sure where the plugs are.  I think they are right on top on the left side of the engine, close to where you fill up the oil, but I'm used to plug wires like I have on my '89 truck.  How do I get those wires off?  I don't want to just yank on them.  Also, I usually disconnect the battery on other cars to replace the plugs.  Do I need to disconnect BOTH batteries?  Thank you for your help.

Answer
Remove the black plastic cover on top of the engine if there is one, the spark plugs are in the tubes in the center of the valve cover.
There is no distributor and no plug wires each spark plug has a coil pack on top of it, remove the electrical connectors and pull the coilpacks out you can then remove the spark plugs with a socket and extension.
It is not necessary to disconnect the batteries, I would not even advise to do so, DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE CONNECTORS, they are orange colored wires and connectors.
