Toyota Repair: windshield wipers, 1991 toyota camry, toyota camry

Dear Ted,
I own a 1991 toyota camry dx. the widshield wipers have given me problems for years. I decided, instead of changing the blades again to change the entire arms and blades. Would you please explain whats the easiest way to buy, and install the new wiper arms and blades?

I recommend that you buy original equipment replacement wiper blades from the toyota dealer.
The wiper arms are attached with 12mm nuts, remove the black cover where they attach to the motor linkage coming through the cowling, remove the nuts and pry the arms off the tapered shaft.
