Toyota Repair: fuel pump system on 1990 toyota 22rie 2dr 4wd, 22re engine, electrical wiring diagram

when I try to start my truck It wants to turn over but it is not getting fuel up to the carb.  Do you possible have a illistrated picture of the fuel system of all the switches and pumps, relays etc.  I am baffled it ran fine over to a friends house then went to go home and the darn thing would not start. you can hear that the fuel wants to come up and  ignite but it just wont turn over. can you help me with this delema?

I am a little confused by some of the statements, the 22RE engine is fuel injected, so therefore, no carb,how did you check to see there is no fuel at the injectors?
You mention "it won't turn over" does this mean the engine doesn't crank over with the starter?
A little bit more specific information would help.
