Toyota Repair: camry pulls after left turn, power steering rack, wheel alignment

Question
Just bought used 1999 Toyota Camry. It steers ok till I make a left turn. Then it pulls left like a bad tire or alignment until I make a right turn. After a right turn it tracks straight till I turn left again. The Struts (I think) are noisy crackly and rattle some. Could the pulling be from the struts or is it likely a rack problem? It's hard to make only right turns all the time. Thanks for your help.

Answer
The struts would have to be in very bad condition to cause this problem, I think I would have the aligment checked first of all, do a four wheel alignment and see if everything is normal, if so, replace the struts and the upper mounts to eliminate the noise and it will probably need the power steering rack to fix this pulling condition.
