Toyota Repair: Check Engine Light, fuse block, spark plugs

I have a 1999 2wd Tacoma, one of the spark plugs worked its way loose and came out, I changed the plugs and wires, now the check engine light is on and wont go off. How do I check and/or reset the codes?
My Tacoma has 155k miles

The computer probably detected the misfire and set the code.
You may be able to clear the code either by disconnecting the battery, wait ten seconds and reconnect it, or removing the EFI fuse and then putting it back in. It's located under the hood in the fuse block.
