Toyota Repair: instrument panel light, dash lights, rheostat

Question
I own a 99 4-Runner.  The dash lights do not work, but the 10A fuse in the box is not blown. I can't find a location of any bulb to replace.
I'm assuming I have the right fuse.
Can you guide me?

Thanks

Answer
Hello Rick, welcome to my expert page.
If all the dash lights do not work it's not a bulb problem, the fuse you need to check is the "tail" fuse, are the parking lights and the tail lights working?
If they are Ok make sure that the control rheostat on the dash is turned to full bright, I know it sounds too simple but it just could be turned off.
