Toyota Repair: blinkers/fuses, best guess, toyota sienna

2000 toyota sienna
I unplugged my headlight and when I plugged it  back in, my blinkers did not work.  Do I need to change a fuse?

I'm not sure what you mean by unplugging the headlight or why you did so, my best guess would be that there is a fuse that blew,is there anything else that also quit working?
I suggest you check all the fuses inside and the ones under the hood with a testlight with the key in the on position.
