Toyota Repair: Installing Struts, insurance inspection, spring compressor

I just had my vehical in for an insurance inspection, and they found that the struts were leaking bad. My question would be, how hard is to replace the struts myself. What tools would i need? Stuff like that.

Hello Darren, welcome to my expert page.
Not something I would recommend that anyone do themselves, there is a spring compressor required, even though you can probably get one at an auto parts place, compressing coil springs can be a little dangerous if not used properly. I suggest you have a shop do this it will probably be cheaper than to buy all the tools needed to do the job.
