Tractor Repair: Case 1070 Power Shift problem, spool valves, shift problem

Question
Hello,
I have a late model case 1070 with the power shift transmission.  The spool valves were sticking causing it to bog and stall out if I held the inching pedal down.   After warming up it would be fine.  It stopped doing that for a bit and then started again.  I went to use it one day and it bogged down when I pushed the pedal a couple of time and then it stopped doing anything.  It doesn't make the engine surge sound and I'm not able to shift into any gear.  I loose all hydraulic pressure at the gauge when the inching pedal is pressed.  I also loose my hydraulic remotes when I press the pedal.  Some of they guys I've checked with think it could be the c4 clutch.  Does that sound right to you?  Thanks

Answer
It sounds like there could be a big oil leak in the C4 clutch because C4 is the only clutch that is on when the pedal is down.  The only way to know for sure is to install pressure gauges on the powershift control valve and check the pressure to all the clutches.
