Tractor Repair: Farmall 560 Hydraulics, relief valve, remotes

When I go to lift my disc with remote valve it comes up slow if I'm in motion. If I'm sitting still it will not pick it up. Fast hitch and power steering seem to be working fine. change hyd. filters about 20 hrs. ago. Is there a relief valve for the remotes? can it be adjusted? Where is it located? Or do I have a pump issue?

most likely a pump issue, i don't remember exactly where the relief valve for the 560's are but i want to say on the bottom of the primary valve block. the remotes are going to pull the most to run, power steering is not going to use any where near as much. because RPM changes the performance, i would say its the pump.
