Tractor Repair: Brakes adjustment, ford 3000, brake shoes

I have a Ford 3000, 1969 model and I need to know how to adjust the brakes on it, I been doing alot of backing up using a scoop on the back and now I find myself without brakes.

you should be able to make some adjustments to the linkage going from the brake pedals to the axles if there is no adjustment left here you probably need to remove the drums fit new brake shoes and check the self adjusters are moving freely and well lubricated set the brake shoes to to the size of the drum and they should self adjust after that
