Tractor Repair: john deere 4310 compact tractor electrical, timer module, fuse panel

while idling engine shut down (first time ever). No electrical for engine start (or engine run).  Battery and all lights are fine.  Fuses and engine start and run relays OK.

It is either your timer module or on the back of the fuse panel is a yellow disk that is wired into the fuel shutoff relay. You could have either or. The grey relay is the timer module if it does not have that relay then it will have the yellow disk. very common for these tractors.
