Tractor Repair: tractor hydraulics, tractor hydraulics, kabota

Question
I have a Kabota L3600 that I bought 11 years ago. Recently I replaced a hydraulic line ( have replaced many in the past) and filled the fluid. My bucket is very slow to react and when it does come up it bounces. Could there be too much fluid or is there air in the lines. If so , how do I bleed them

Answer
I really think that if you work that circuit you should be able to get all the air out. But in some cases you just can't so you are going to have to crack the lines and make a mess. Preferably in a bucket but what ever. Work the functions and then close them off. If you still have the same problem then you might have a bad packing or piston. start there and then let me know.
