Tractor Repair: ipto spins but has no power, pto, clutch

Hello My name Is Adam I have A 1970 MF 165 with the perkins.
It has multipower, IPTO, and Aux hydraulics. The PTO spins and can be turned on and off with the lever on the side of the tractor, but when you hook up a bailer it does not run it at all!!
The Aux hydraulics work great, and the multipower works as well witch tells me the pump is ok? from what i read the pump runs both muti disc clutches and the hydraulics? The tractor uses a split torque single disc clutch and the pto shaft runs off of the pressure plate of the manual clutch! also one more question one of the clutch fingers has more play then the other two i havent removed the pressure plate to inspect just thought i would ask well im here. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanx

The pto not working could be seals gone in the pto clutch pack or the discs are worn out.To rule out the pump and know that the multi power is ok you would need to drive it in a low gear give it half throttle and hold the brakes hard it should kill the engine completely if its ok do,this in high and low multi power this will also test the clutch i wouldn't worry about the clutch fingers as long as it works ok and doesn't slip when you do the check i said to do
