Tractor Repair: mf 240 diesel, electric fuel pump, suction side

Question
When i bleed injectos it will start with 3rd injector open and the first two closed.Runs for about 30 seconds then cuts out.Do you think its leak on suction side or trash in the line somewhere?
it has electric fuel pump and recently installed 1 wire alt.

You need to make sure that when it runs out of fuel that you have fuel to the filters from the pump. If there is then you need to check fuel to the pump it should have a steady stream. If that is ok then disconnected the return line and try to blow the line back to the tank. It should be unrestricted.
