Lexus Repair: Under front bumper, toyota repair, jp importz

I hit a snow bank last night and the black plastic under the front bumper is broken in half and the actual bumper is dented but no problem driving. Where would I go to have the black plastic removed or replaced?

  I would bring the vehicle to your local bodyshop.  The undercover shouldn't cost that much.  Thank you.
